IAclClient.StoreDiplomaAsync + AclHttpClient (base64 JSON to the ACL /documenten endpoint). ProvideDocuments stores the uploaded bytes against the zaak (when opened) before completing WachtOpDocumenten; the domain endpoint accepts the file base64-encoded.
