IZaakGateway.StoreDocumentAsync creates an enkelvoudiginformatieobject (base64 inhoud, buffered non-chunked body, no CRS) and relates it via zaakinformatieobjecten; AclService.StoreDiplomaAsync default-fills the ZGW document fields (informatieobjecttype, bronorganisatie, taal nld, creatiedatum); POST /documenten exposes it.
