Split from #19 (S-18), CLAUDE.md §13. Second of three. Depends on S-18a.

Outcome: the Maykin Objecten API runs in compose — own Postgres (PostGIS, geometry), config seeded (objecten-init setup_configuration), health-checked objecten web service, added to WAIT_SVCS/CFG_VOLS/CI log-dump. Objecten is configured to trust the Objecttypen API (register it as a service + token) so an object can reference its objecttype.

Out of scope: Objecttypen (S-18a), the RegisterRecord objecttype (S-18c).

Definition of Done

  • Failing smoke/verify committed first; implementation makes it pass.
  • Conventional Commits referencing this issue (refs #NN).
  • CI green (compose-up smoke / verify-stack health).
  • docker compose up reaches green health within 3 minutes.
  • Docs touched; ADR if a non-obvious decision; demo note if user-visible.
  • Closed by the merging PR (closes #NN).
