Split from #19 (S-18), CLAUDE.md §13. First of three.

Outcome: the Maykin Objecttypen API runs in the compose stack — its own Postgres DB, config seeded like the other CG modules (an objecttypen-init running setup_configuration into an external config volume via infra/seed-config.sh, mirroring oz-init), a health-checked objecttypen web service, added to WAIT_SVCS + CFG_VOLS + the CI log-dump. A static API token is provisioned so peers (Objecten, ACL) can authenticate.

Out of scope: Objecten (S-18b), the RegisterRecord objecttype (S-18c).

Definition of Done

  • Failing smoke/verify committed first; implementation makes it pass.
  • Conventional Commits referencing this issue (refs #NN).
  • CI green (compose-up smoke / verify-stack health).
  • docker compose up reaches green health within 3 minutes.
  • Docs touched; ADR if a non-obvious decision; demo note if user-visible.
  • Closed by the merging PR (closes #NN).
