`task` with no arguments lists every runnable command. The Taskfile calls the
npm scripts, dotnet and docker compose. It does not duplicate their logic.
CI does not need `task`.

CLAUDE.md did not name the overzicht context that RD-03 created, and it did
not name the max-lines budget that RD-02 enforces. An agent that follows it
writes a long page into the wrong context, and meets a red build with no
warning.
CLAUDE.md now names the context, the @overzicht/* alias, the
overzicht -> registratie arrow, the 250-line budget and its glob, and the
step-component contract. layers.mdx gains the same arrow.
atomic-design.mdx credited eslint.config.mjs with the layer rules.
dependency-cruiser enforces them. Each tool is now named for what it does.
The page also gains the layer-folder table and the step contract.
Four paths were pre-monorepo: three example paths in the ui-component skill,
and two citations of libs/shared/src/ui/async, which RD-27 moved to
libs/shared/src/ui/molecules/async.
npm run ci --full passes: 67 and 45 storybook suites, 306 axe tests.

Two backlog trees are complete: `docs/project/backlog/` (75 files, every
WP done) and `docs/project/refactor-backlog-setup/` (the arc before it).
Move both under `docs/project/archive/` with `git mv`, so history stays
intact through `git log --follow`. `SHOWCASE-ROADMAP.md` moves with them,
because it points at the now-archived backlog README.
Add `docs/project/archive/README.md`. It states that these trees are
historical and names the two directories that are still live.
Repoint every inbound reference named in RD-30's Files table: CLAUDE.md,
the root README, both backend READMEs, `LetterHtml.cs`, `a11y.mdx`, the
`document-feature` and `new-ssp` skills, and the readable-codebase PLAN,
README, and RD-19 ticket. Fix two upward-relative links inside the moved
WP files (WP-68, WP-69) that gained a directory level and would otherwise
break. Repoint `.prettierignore`'s two agent-prompt exclusions to their
new path, so prettier keeps leaving those files' exact wording alone.
Mark RD-30 done and check off its acceptance criteria; flip its README
row to done.

Two components disagreed with their own story title. async.component.ts
had no layer tag; add `Molecule:` to its class header, not to the
Convenience: comment on the ASYNC array (that comment describes an
export, not a layer, and stays as it is). breadcrumb.component.ts had
`Chrome:`; rename it to `Molecule:` to match its story title.
CLAUDE.md and layers.mdx both claimed `libs/beheer/ui` is Design System.
The code disagrees: its story title is `Domein/Beheer/...`, because
libs/beheer is a bounded context that lives under libs/ only because two
apps share it. Fix the two doc lines to match the code; the story title
does not change.
The ticket's own tag-count check asserted 68 after the edits, but adding
a new tag to async.component.ts (which had none) is a net +1 over the
Chrome-to-Molecule rename (a wash) — the true post-edit count is 69.
Corrected the number in the ticket text rather than deleting the
mandated tag to force the wrong count. Also fixed pre-existing invalid
nested-backtick markdown in the ticket's decision 4 bullets: prettier
mis-rewrapped it and dropped spaces, so the phrasing was rewritten in
valid CommonMark with no change in meaning.
npm run ci --full passes.

The architect approved the four ADR-fix tickets. All four change what the
architecture documents claim. No code changes.
ADR-0001, ADR-C-001: the worked example claimed the POC has no real backend.
It rewrites against `backend/src/BigRegister.Api`. Every path it named is
repointed. The out-of-scope list drops two discharged bullets: 33 `parse*`
boundaries exist, and `npm run gen:api` is real.
ADR-0001, ADR-C-003: a new section states that the generated client is the wire
contract. A hand-written `contracts/*.dto.ts` is the exception for two cases
only. The four survivors stay, because NSwag emits every property as optional
and flattens `RegistrationStatusDto` into five optional strings. The `parse*`
trust boundary stays mandatory, because a generated type is a compile-time
claim about the wire and not a runtime guarantee.
ADR-0003, ADR-C-007: four paths moved in WP-67 and are repointed. Point 4 kept
the principle and changed its example to `skeleton` and `spinner`. Two of its
claims were false and the amendment says so: `app-alert` wraps the vendored
`.feedback` classes, and `site-header` composes the vendored `.titlebar`.
ADR-0004, ADR-C-009: the exception section states a four-part test instead of
one named exception. `OrgTemplateStore` and `FeatureFlagStore` both pass it. RB-07
gated this ticket, because clause 4 needs an audited allow path. RB-07 landed
that, so the ADR does not ratify a control that the code lacks.
Three tickets need a matching CLAUDE.md correction in the same diff. CLAUDE.md
section 2 loses the false `alert` example. Section 4 gets the generated-client
rule and the four-part test.
Two findings were wrong. ADR-C-001 asked to keep an out-of-scope bullet that
reads "SessionStore is in-memory". The session persists to `localStorage` now,
so the bullet covers multi-tab sync only. ADR-C-007 flagged one half of point 4
and missed that the other half is equally false.

Adds a Conventions rule for Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE100). It
covers documentation, code comments, commit messages, ADRs, and the backlog
notes. STE is a controlled language. It makes text easy to read for people
who do not have English as a first language, and easy to translate. The
readers of this project are mostly non-native English readers.
The rule states that STE governs form, not content. Split a long sentence.
Never remove a caveat, a measurement, or a precise term to make text shorter.
The rule does not apply to Dutch identifiers, $localize copy, quoted output,
or existing documents that you are not already editing. It therefore does not
change the Naming convention above it, which keeps domain contexts in Dutch.

Three seams WP-71 documented but left unguarded.
Deletes the FE's isHerregistratieEligible and isStatusConsistent — both
uncalled, the first dead by its own doc-comment. Their tests used fixtures
completely disjoint from the backend's (the backend even had an exact-window
boundary case the FE lacked), so the two sides could diverge indefinitely
without failing anything. CLAUDE.md's policy of keeping server-owned rules
as FE "reference impls" is what kept them alive, so it is amended: the FE may
mirror a server-supplied value for instant feedback, never reimplement the
algorithm. registration.policy.ts keeps its three live exports.
check-seam.sh now also guards the Besluit tag list — the C# enum and the TS
BESLUIT_TAGS array are identical ordered name lists with nothing linking
them, and Enum.TryParse fails at request time rather than build time. Anchored
on the full declaration so it avoids the "greps all matches" trap WP-69 hit.
The phone-format divergence turned out to be real, not latent as recorded:
the backend returned 422 for +31612345678 and (06) 12345678, both of which
the FE's own parseTelefoonnummer accepts. A grep check would have compared
the shared ^0\d{9}$ regex and reported all clear — the difference was in
stripping. RejectPhoneChange now strips what the FE strips, pinned by a
contract test.

Restructures into apps/ssp + apps/behandelportal (two Angular projects)
plus libs/shared + libs/beheer (cross-app libraries), replacing WP-61's
separate sibling repo. That split had already produced real drift: a
hand-vendored copy of the backend's OpenAPI doc, a shared/ui+layout tree
forked and silently diverging (7 files), and beheer + the styles.scss
token bridge duplicated byte-for-byte across both repos.
- git mv the SSP's src/app/* into apps/ssp/; fold shared/, beheer/,
environments/, the Storybook docs/*.mdx, and styles.scss into
libs/shared + libs/beheer (all confirmed identical between the two
repos before merging). auth stays deliberately duplicated per
ADR-0002 (actor-specific, expected to diverge) - amended there.
- One generated API client (libs/shared), no more vendored swagger.json.
- .dependency-cruiser split into a base factory + one config per app,
and Storybook into .storybook-ssp/.storybook-behandelportal - both
forced by the @auth/* alias resolving to different directories per app.
- SiteHeaderComponent/ShellComponent gained HEADER_NAV_ITEMS/
HEADER_ADMIN_LINKS/DEBUG_PANEL injection tokens so each app supplies
its own nav/admin-links/dev-panel instead of one being hardcoded.
- CLAUDE.md, ARCHITECTURE.md, dependencies.md, and ADR-0002 updated;
WP-67 backlog entry documents the full decision trail.
npm run ci green (lint, dep:check x2, 360 tests across ssp/
behandelportal/shared/beheer, both localized builds, backend tests,
snippet + api-client drift); both dev servers, both Storybook
instances, and docker compose verified working.
The old sibling repo (/home/eho/repos/behandelportal) is left
untouched, not deleted.

Closes phase 6 (Brief v2): a demo script mapping shipped scenarios to
URL+click paths (no Brief v2 PRD ever existed to translate one from —
written directly against the code instead), one e2e spec covering
compose→approve→send and admin republish→drafter-sees-it, and
Storybook state gaps (rejection diff, read-only viewer, org logo,
upload rejection) that prior WPs left uncovered. Flags passage-picker
as dead code, superseded by besluit-panel.
npm run e2e is not verified green in this sandbox — see WP-28's
Deviations section; the pre-existing, unmodified smoke.spec.ts fails
identically here, pointing at a sandbox rendering issue rather than a
regression.

Pin the model to the step, not the whole session, via .claude/agents/*.md frontmatter
instead of relying on a human to run /model at the right moment: planner (Opus, no
Edit/Write) for design work, developer (Sonnet) for implementation, task-runner (Haiku,
no Edit/Write) for mechanical read-only checks. CLAUDE.md documents the routing rule;
the backlog session protocol now names these agents instead of a manual /model instruction.

Three how-it-works/how-to-extend reference docs (docs/reference/), each with a
coupling section, indexed in docs/README.md. New document-feature skill so docs
ship in the same diff as the code.

Add docs/reference/roles-and-access.md — a short, scannable reference for the
three dev roles (drafter/approver/admin), that login is faked and role is a
separate dev-only stand-in, how to switch (dev switcher / ?role=), a per-role
capability table, and the one ABAC principle (server emits + enforces; UI
renders). Points to PRD-0002 + the code. Adds a pointer from CLAUDE.md.

Three fixes so Gitea CI is green and stays that way:
- **ng build --localize**: `messages.en.xlf` (hand-maintained, matched by id) had drifted
~93 units behind the source since WP-24 — `beheer.*`, `brief.canvas.*`, `brief.diff.*`,
`orgTemplate.*`, `brief.besluit.*`, etc. With `i18nMissingTranslation: "error"` that fails
the frontend job. Added English `<target>`s for every missing unit (interpolation `<x/>`
tags preserved); both nl + en bundles build clean.
- **docker npm noise**: the web container's `npm ci` now runs `--no-fund --loglevel=error`,
so `docker compose up` boots without npm 11's deprecation / allow-scripts / funding
warnings (verified in the running container: 0 warning lines). The underlying Angular
webpack-builder deprecation is upstream; migrating to @angular/build is out of scope.
- **local CI check**: `scripts/ci-local.sh` + `npm run ci` mirror the CI jobs (lint,
format:check, check:tokens, test, build --localize, audit, backend format+test,
api-client drift; `--full` adds storybook-a11y) so a red build is caught before pushing.
Opt-in pre-push hook at scripts/githooks/pre-push. Documented in CLAUDE.md.
Verified: `npm run ci` passes end-to-end; storybook-a11y 169/169 (the local parallel-worker
timeouts were the docker stack starving chromium, not a regression).

Document the config-as-code strategy for business-tunable reference data:
typed checked-in config validated at compile time (never a production DB),
where UI text (), reference tables (Stamdata/), and letter content
each live, and why org-templates are the deliberate runtime-editable exception.
Index it in docs/README.md and add a CLAUDE.md pointer.

Move working docs (backlog, prd, roadmap) under docs/project/ and durable
docs (architecture ADRs, guides, audits) under docs/reference/; add a
docs/README.md index. Update every path reference in code comments, CLAUDE.md,
READMEs, and the new-ssp skill. Expand the Storybook Foundations curriculum
(Overview, BDD, i18n; rename Layers→Domain-Driven Design) and reorder the sidebar.

npm update brought every package to the latest version its existing package.json
range allows (Angular tooling 22.0.2/22.0.4 -> 22.0.5, prettier 3.8.4 -> 3.9.4,
typescript-eslint 8.62.0 -> 8.62.1); package.json itself needed no range changes.
Auditing actual deprecation warnings (not just outdated versions) found nothing
further to fix: @angular/platform-browser-dynamic and @angular-devkit/build-angular
are deprecated by Angular but still required peer dependencies of the latest
published @storybook/angular (10.4.6 — peer range still `>=18.0.0 < 22.0.0`,
already why .npmrc sets legacy-peer-deps); jest-process-manager/expect-playwright
are transitive-only through @storybook/test-runner's latest stable (0.24.4). No
newer version of either Storybook package exists yet that drops them. The
remaining npm audit advisory (@babel/core, low severity) is the same
already-documented, deliberately-left issue in README.md (fixing it downgrades
Angular). Left package.json's overrides untouched.
The prettier bump alone changed formatting opinions on files this session didn't
otherwise touch (a stale markdown italics marker, a few object-literal wrap
points) — reformatted everything so `format:check` (part of CI) doesn't regress.

Applications, documents (+ audit log) and the brief move off static in-memory
Dictionaries onto a real SQLite file via EF Core, so demo data survives a
process restart or `docker compose restart api` for the first time. The three
stores (ApplicationStore/DocumentStore/BriefStore) keep their exact public
signatures and static-class shape — no DI, no async ripple into Program.cs's
minimal-API handlers — each method just opens a short-lived AppDbContext via
Db.Create() under the same lock it already had. Opaque nested shapes (a
wizard's draft snapshot, a brief's sections/placeholders/status) are stored as
JSON text columns rather than redesigned into relational tables, matching the
existing "don't interpret it" posture.
Found two things the WP's own text got wrong, corrected in
docs/backlog/WP-22-durable-persistence.md's Deviations section: SeedData never
seeded these three stores (only the read-only BRP/DUO-mimicking GETs, which
stay in-memory) so there's no seed step; and no new docker-compose volume is
needed since the existing bind mount already covers the SQLite file — verified
against this environment's real podman-backed compose stack, not just by
reading the file.
Also: pinned SQLitePCLRaw.bundle_e_sqlite3 to 3.0.3 (EF Core Sqlite's own
transitive default bundles a pre-3.50.2 SQLite with a known high-severity
memory-corruption advisory); found and fixed a real xUnit test race where
concurrent test-class hosts stomped a shared static connection-string field,
fixed by disabling cross-class test parallelization rather than adding DI the
stores don't otherwise need.

Retitle all 49 stories into a sidebar that makes the DDD seam visible:
Foundations (curriculum) -> Design System (Atoms/Molecules/Organisms/
Templates/Devtools, everything in shared/ui + shared/layout) -> Domein
(Registratie/Herregistratie/Auth/Brief, everything in a context's ui/).
Pin the order via storySort. Add layers.mdx explaining the split and
linking the enforcing eslint rules; document the story-title convention
in CLAUDE.md. Fix a stale "status banner" reference in atomic-design.mdx
left over from WP-13's upload-status-banner deletion.

Consolidate four hand-rolled nl-NL date formatters (tasks.ts, aanvraag-
block, letter-preview, aanvraag-view -- one more than the WP found) into
one shared/kernel/datum.ts::formatDatumNl, spec-pinned and empty-safe.
Add the two missing command specs CLAUDE.md's testing rule calls for:
draft-sync.spec.ts (debounce coalescing + trailing-call + submit Result
shape, via fake timers) and submit-change-request.spec.ts. Remove the
unused RemoteData.map3 (updating the three docs that mentioned it); the
variant input on confirmation.component.ts was already gone. Documents
both stale-WP-text corrections in the backlog file.
This closes out backlog Phase 1 (FP/DDD core, WP-05..09).
Rename change-request.machine.ts's bare State/Msg to ChangeRequestState/
ChangeRequestMsg (the last machine not context-prefixed), document the
createStore-is-the-idiom + naming convention in CLAUDE.md §3, and add the
Foundations/State Machines (TEA) curriculum page. The wizard pages already
wired createStore (confirmed by reading each and by git log) -- the WP's
"hand-wired signal(model)" premise was stale; recorded as a deviation.
8 template-generic skills in .claude/skills/ (new-feature, new-context,
value-object, form-machine, bff-endpoint, mutation-command, ui-component,
new-ssp), condensed from CLAUDE.md/ARCHITECTURE/fp-tea/ADRs and pointing at
this repo's worked examples. CLAUDE.md gains a pointer.

Move the two wizard lookups behind application-layer facades so ui/ no longer
injects infrastructure adapters directly:
- RegistratieLookupStore (BRP address + DUO diplomas): owns the resources,
runs the trust-boundary parse, exposes adresStatus/prefillAdres/duoLookup.
- IntakePolicyStore (scholing threshold): owns the policy resource, exposes
the derived threshold.
Add the lint rule ui/ + layout/ ↛ **/infrastructure/** (@typescript-eslint
variant so it composes with the base direction rules; stories/specs exempted
as test scaffolding). Add the documented showcase sanction (may read every
context). Fix the docs' inventory: 6 contexts / 5 layers, +brief, +contracts.

The portal now adheres to the CIBG design system (designsystem.cibg.nl) — a customized
Bootstrap 5.2 build — replacing the Rijkshuisstijl-Community / Utrecht theme. See ADR-0003.
- Vendor @cibg/huisstijl@3.22.0 under public/cibg-huisstijl/, loaded via a <link> in
index.html (Storybook serves it via staticDirs). Drop the two @rijkshuisstijl-community deps.
- Token bridge in styles.scss: redefine the app's ~54 --rhc-* tokens onto CIBG/--bs-* values,
so components keep referencing tokens (no 300+ site rewrite). System-font stack; licensed
RO/Rijks text fonts intentionally not shipped.
- Re-skin every shared atom to Bootstrap/CIBG classes (btn, form-control, form-check-*,
table, breadcrumb, …) keeping their input() APIs. alert is hand-rolled (CIBG drops .alert);
local .card/.badge renamed to avoid Bootstrap collisions.
- Domain pages: drop stray rhc-*/utrecht-* classes; registration-table → table table-striped.
Verified: build green, check:tokens OK, lint clean, 174 tests pass, build-storybook OK,
and the served build loads the vendored CSS (200, .btn-primary present).

Domain reference data already lives in the backend (per ADR-0001); the only
residual "move" was ~90 inlined Dutch UI strings with no i18n layer.
- Wire @angular/localize ($localize) — Angular first-party, no third-party lib
- Pin the pattern on shared/ui/async: Dutch fallbacks → language-agnostic
input()s with localizable $localize defaults (English-shared-UI rule)
- CLAUDE.md: drop i18n (now in scope) + stale "real backend"/"OpenAPI codegen"
(both already shipped); document the $localize convention
Bulk string sweep deferred to Step 2 to avoid touching ~36 files twice.

Move the authoritative business rules off the frontend into a real backend,
realising the BFF-lite + decision-DTO design (ADR-0001) that until now lived
only in static mock JSON.
Backend (backend/):
- ASP.NET Core (.NET 10) minimal API, contract-first, Swagger UI at /swagger.
- DDD Domain/ rules layer: profession derivation + applicable policy questions
(DiplomaRules), herregistratie eligibility + reason (HerregistratieRule),
scholing threshold (IntakePolicy), submit rejections + reference generation
(SubmissionRules). In-memory seeded data, ProblemDetails (RFC 7807) errors.
- 27 xUnit tests: rule units + endpoint integration incl. BRP no-address and
DUO not-found fallbacks and 422 submit paths.
Frontend (only infrastructure/ + contracts/ change, as the architecture promised):
- NSwag-generated typed client (api-client.ts), routed through Angular HttpClient
via a small fetch adapter so the ?scenario= interceptor still applies.
- GET adapters use resource({ loader: client.x }); submit commands call the client
and map ProblemDetails -> err. The hardcoded uren==0 / manual-diploma rules are
deleted (now server-side). Domain, stores, UI and format validators unchanged.
- Deleted the now-dead public/mock/*.json.
Tooling/docs:
- npm start proxies /api -> backend; npm run gen:api regenerates the client;
docker compose up runs both (bind mounts use :z for SELinux/Fedora).
- backend/README.md walkthrough: adding a policy question is a one-file backend
change, no FE change, no client regen. Updated CLAUDE.md + ARCHITECTURE.md.

A progressive teaching guide (docs/fp-tea-atomic-design.md): FP fundamentals,
The Elm Architecture, and atomic design, taught Elm-then-this-app with the real
store/machine/value-object code, plus four recipes and a glossary. It owns the
teaching arc and cross-references ARCHITECTURE.md/ADR-0001 rather than duplicating
them. Documents reality where the PRD diverged (no state-debug-view feature; per-
wizard stores; reduce vs update naming) and flags the absent debug view as an open
question. Adds pointer links from ARCHITECTURE.md and CLAUDE.md.
